The Instituto Trajetórias and the Government of Espírito Santo have signed a technical cooperation agreement to enable 50 public servants to pursue master’s degrees at leading universities and programs abroad over the next five years (starting in 2026).
The first calls for applications are expected to be launched in March.
“It is essential that we seek experience abroad and help foster national and state development,” said the Governor of Espírito Santo, Renato Casagrande, when commenting on the partnership with Instituto Trajetórias last year.
What the agreement provides
The agreement between Instituto Trajetórias and Espírito Santo is expected to benefit 50 candidates over five years in areas considered priorities by the state government.
State public servants will be granted paid leave. The initiative is unprecedented. Further details will be outlined in the official calls for applications.
The Instituto Trajetórias model
Since October 2025, Instituto Trajetórias has signed cooperation agreements to provide 593 scholarships for Brazilian talents over the next five years. The model is supported by states, municipalities, Escola Nacional de Administração Pública (Enap), and international universities.
In addition to facilitating scholarships in partnership with states and municipalities, Instituto Trajetórias negotiates discounts of up to 100% on tuition fees at leading international universities, as well as student loans under better conditions than those available on the market, to be granted through a banking partner.
With this flexible combination of financial support, the Institute allows each student to build the financial solution that best suits their profile.
After the publication of the calls for scholarships and financing made possible by Instituto Trajetórias, candidates must submit their application to the Institute, following the established procedures.
Those who secure admission to a master’s program at partner universities and are selected by Instituto Trajetórias and its national partners will be eligible for a scholarship or financing.
